personal coach

“I just really need to get my life in order.”  Have you ever had this thought? Don’t worry you’re not the only one. Last year I had some major decisions and transitions on my plate. To help with the process I hired a personal coach. Watch below to see my experience with Comitor Coaching and why you should consider hiring a personal coach.

Hiring a personal coach was one of the best decisions I’ve made the past year and I would highly encourage you to consider it.

3 Reasons You Should Hire a Personal Coach

  1. Creating a game plan  – Coaching is not counseling. We used our time to get on the offensive and make a plan for what it looked like for my life to flourish. If you’re looking to get proactive your decisions and action, a coach can help you get started.
  2. Collaboration – When facing decisions or coming up with new ideas it’s helpful to have someone to bounce them off of. Sean would listen well but also ask the hard questions that needed to he addressed. Imagine being in the boxing ring, you’re the one performing and he’s the one coaching you up in between the rounds.
  3. Accountability – We set a call every 2-3 weeks and before the next call there were 3-4 items that needed to be accomplished. It helped tremendously to set the goals before our next call and know that Sean would be asking about them the next time we talked. Accountability is key for the advancement of goals in your life. A personal coach can help take you to the next level.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sean Post and Comitor Coaching. On their site are many resources and explanations about what coaching entails.  The word comitor is Latin and means to journey with or come alongside another. Check it out and hire them to take your life journey to the next level.
